The concept of this design is on “Role Models” growing up we all have had role models that we looked up to from parents, actors, singers etc. But for this project I wanted to capture a set of 5 different types of role models that come from different set of backgrounds.
5 piece artwork to showcase in the 2014 Houston Art Crawl.
I designed these artworks using a sharpie and ruler, to form the geometric patterns on the models. With the texture on then I used watercolor markers to color in the features on them then manipulated the use of water on the paper to get a better effect on them.

Growing up I used to watch her wrestle each week giving great matches, she fought to make an impact for women in a men's dominating sport. Her charisma inspired me even to this day, so I decided to draw her and add her to my Art Models.
